The ISOMETER® isoGEN413R monitors the insulation resistance of un-earthed AC, AC/DC and DC systems (IT systems) with nominal mains voltages of 3(N) AC, AC/DC 0…400 V or DC 0…400 V. The maximum permissible mains leakage capacitance C_e is 5 μF. The DC-powered components present in AC systems have no effect on the response behaviour provided that a load current of at least DC 10 mA is flowing. The potentiometer scale is specifically adapted to typical setting values. Thanks to its integrated power supply (DC 12…48 V), the isoGEN413R-1 can also be powered by vehicle batteries, making it suitable for the continuous offline monitoring of a generator.
