Service Engineer based in Bangkok


Your tasks

  • Intensive technical training in Thailand and abroad, afterwards:
  • Technical Sales Support
  • Installation and commissioning support
  • Training and consulting of customers
  • Calibration of Bender devices
  • Fault diagnostics, maintenance and repair
  • Computer based preparation and follow-up of service assignments
  • Project related international travel required 


Your profile

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in above mentioned range of duties are a plus (fresh graduates also welcome)
  • Knowledge of IT/TN/TT systems is a plus
  • Experience with network topologies, TCP/IP, MODBUS, Profibus, RS485 is a plus
  • Practical level of written and spoken English communication is a must
  • Additional languages like German, Khmer, or Bahasa Indonesia are a plus
  • Thai national only

Your tasks

OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION

  • Handle all office activities including facility management to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
  • Handle work permit and visa application in Thailand, and abroad for service assignments
  • Handle telephone calls, fax and email
  • Other tasks as assigned

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable and Expense Processing
  • General Ledger & Reporting
  • External reporting
  • Budget & Forecast
  • Management Accounting, Controlling and Reporting
  • Payroll & HR

SALES & MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Support, organize, and participate in exhibitions, seminars and company events.
  • Prepare and/or manage preparation of marketing material Manage Customer Service, Logistics and Warehousing functions including quotation, order entry, billing; inventory replenishment and inbound/outbound shipments
  • Quoting, order handling, and stocking
  • Work with CRM system Salesforce
  • Market and Marketing research as assigned

Your profile

  • Thai Nationality
  • Commercial education with minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in Sales / Order Fulfilment / Accounting - University/ College degree an asset
  • Excellent computer skills- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, CRM (Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of current ThaiFRS, and other related laws and regulations
  • Problem solving ability
  • Verbal and written English communication skills, German, and/or other local languages (Khmer, Lao, Chinese) are a plus
  • Capable of working in a team environment, but self – guiding and self – pushing style is needed
